About the role

  • Own one of our core products (crypto-forensics or crypto transaction monitoring), its roadmap and vision
  • Collaborate closely with product designers and engineers to launch solutions to solve complex problems
  • Coordinate with customers to understand their requirements and evolve existing products based on feedback
  • Serve as the central point of contact connecting sales, marketing, and engineering teams

Requirements

  • Some experience with fast-paced product tracks
  • Experience in product development roles, preferably Enterprise SaaS
  • Enjoy working on cutting-edge projects in the cryptocurrency space
  • User empathy and effective prioritization
  • Understand concrete business metrics, product-driven acquisition, customer engagement, and retention
  • Strong sense of empathy and user-centric approach to product management
  • Treat customer NPS as the holy grail and keep items actionable
