About the role

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Marketing Managers, providing clear direction, performance feedback, and career development support
  • Set and communicate product marketing strategy and priorities aligned to company objectives and product roadmaps
  • Oversee messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies across assigned consumer product lines
  • Ensure high-quality execution of product launches, sales enablement materials, customer-facing messaging, and marketing collateral
  • Partner closely with Product Management to align on market insights, product strategy, roadmaps, pricing, and packaging
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Demand Generation, Brand, and Customer-facing teams to ensure consistent and effective execution
  • Review, prioritize, and allocate team workload to ensure focus on initiatives with the greatest business impact
  • Provide guidance and escalation support on complex or high-impact product marketing initiatives
  • Use market research, customer insights, and performance data to inform strategy and continuous improvement
  • Represent Product Marketing in cross-functional planning, reviews, and leadership discussions

Requirements

  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop product marketing professionals
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate strategy into clear priorities and execution plans
  • Deep understanding of product marketing fundamentals, including positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, and sales enablement
  • Ability to influence cross-functional partners and drive alignment without direct authority
  • Ability to analyze market, customer, and performance data to inform decisions and resolve complex problems
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and guide teams through ambiguity
  • Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience, including demonstrated people leadership experience
