About the role

  • Play a pivotal role in the talent acquisition process
  • Responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates
  • Work closely with hiring leaders to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Manage and execute system processes within Workday
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Support workforce planning efforts by monitoring vacancy data and turnover trends
  • Provide market and compensation insight to leaders
  • Ensure completion of all pre-employment requirements
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment plans for staffing needs
  • Conduct candidate screens and interviews

Requirements

  • Associate degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field required
  • Bachelors preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years HR experience preferred
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Certification in one of the following is preferred: SHRM Certified Professionals (SHRM-CP), PHR from HR Certification Institute (HRCI), CHHR, Certified Recruiter, Lean Human Capital
  • Good interpretive and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
