Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise drafting, negotiating, and structuring complex commercial agreements
  • Strong working knowledge of healthcare regulatory frameworks affecting commercial relationships
  • Experience negotiating agreements involving digital health, SaaS platforms, data sharing, cybersecurity, and intellectual property
  • Ability to identify legal and operational risks in complex transactions and develop practical contractual solutions
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with clinical, operational, finance, IT, and procurement leaders
  • Experience supporting contract lifecycle management, developing templates and standards, and improving contracting processes in a high-volume, enterprise environment
