About the role

  • Represent Mercos at two trade shows per month across Brazil, actively engaging in aisles, booths and networking areas.
  • Identify and approach mid‑ and large‑enterprise decision-makers, conducting quick qualifications and high‑impact on-site demos.
  • Ensure leads are logged in the CRM in real time, keeping records organized even on high-intensity days.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from the initial event approach through contract close (high-ticket).
  • Work in full sync with an internal sales partner. While you operate in the field, you will have strategic support for funnel management, ensuring flawless execution and that shared targets are met.
  • Execute structured, personalized post-event follow-ups to ensure time-to-value (TTV) from first contact.
  • Deliver online demos and conduct negotiation meetings with IT, Commercial and Executive stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with area leadership to build the playbook for this operation.
  • Act as an internal consultant to validate what works at trade shows and what needs to be adjusted.
  • Document processes and lessons learned to scale this channel strategically.

Requirements

  • Proven track record managing high-complexity, high-ticket B2B SaaS accounts.
  • Previous experience in sales or prospecting at trade shows, conferences and large-scale events.
  • Demonstrated stability in prior roles, understanding the necessary maturation time for negotiations with large manufacturers and distributors.
  • Consistent and disciplined use of CRM for accurate record-keeping.
  • Knowledge of the distributor, manufacturing and wholesale segments.
  • Availability for frequent travel (approximately two weeks per month in the field).
