• 出品後の販促導入提案、売上拡大コンサルティング
• 目標達成のための営業状況管理
• 業務進捗のマネジメントサポート
• チームメンバーのマネジメントサポート
• パートナーとの経済条件、責任範囲などの契約交渉
• クロージングサポートなどパートナー経由のセールス支援

Partner Sales Specialist – BtoC領域新規事業

Platform Engineer

• Design, build, and operate Mercari's observability platform - covering metrics, logs, traces, and alerting at scale.
• Drive measurable improvements in Mean Time to Detect (MTTD) and Mean Time to Mitigate (MTTM) across all services.
• Build AI-powered solutions for automated anomaly detection, alert correlation, and incident response assistance.
• Develop self-service observability tooling that enables product engineers to instrument, monitor, and alert on their services independently.
• Define and champion observability standards, best practices, and SLO frameworks across the engineering organization.
• Collaborate with other platform teams, SRE, Security, and product engineering teams to ensure comprehensive system visibility and reliability.
• Automate operational workflows to reduce toil and improve the team's efficiency.
• Lead technical decisions, mentor team members, and actively shape the engineering culture within the observability team.

Software Engineer – Platform Engineering, Observability

Business Analyst

• コーポレート領域の変革プロジェクト（EPM / CLM / POM / ITSM / HAM / SAM 等）におけるプロジェクトマネジメント全般（体制構築、予算管理、スコープ管理、スケジュール管理、リスク管理）
• 業務部門（Finance、HR、Legal、Procurement、IT 等）と IT / 開発チーム / 外部パートナーをつなぐステークホルダー調整とコミュニケーションハブ機能
• 業務プロセスと現行システムの可視化・課題抽出・あるべき姿の設計、およびそれにもとづく要求定義と優先順位付け
• 各プロジェクトにおけるビジネス要求の構造化・モデリング（プロセスマップ、データモデル、業務×システムマトリクス等）と、エンジニア / アーキテクトへの要求伝達
• 複数プロジェクト横断でのアーキテクチャ整合性確保、共通マスタやデータ標準、ガバナンスルールの策定支援
• AI-Native 化に向けた業務再設計（ServiceNow / Workday 等の Headless 化、エージェント型ワークフローの組み込みを含む）の企画と推進
• 変更管理（Change Management）、現場展開、ユーザー受け入れ支援、定着化までの伴走

Machine Learning Engineer

• Lead optimization areas in the Ad-Tech domain.
• Utilize data science and machine learning technologies to identify business challenges, develop and implement models, and continuously improve productivity and reliability through iterative enhancements.
• Focus on mid to long-term business goals and impact, propose key issues to be resolved, and prioritize them effectively.
• Employ a data-driven approach to formulate hypotheses, design evaluation strategies, and develop appropriate machine learning models.
• Propose, promote, implement, and validate business improvement plans.
• Develop and maintain machine learning models in the advertising domain, including recommendation systems, matching optimization, and ad classification.
• Apply statistical and data science techniques to uncover product insights and drive optimization based on business logic.
• Enhance the performance of advanced machine learning models by leveraging embeddings for images and text.
• Design time-series models to evaluate advertising effectiveness and optimize advertising budget strategies.
