コーポレート領域の変革プロジェクト（EPM / CLM / POM / ITSM / HAM / SAM 等）におけるプロジェクトマネジメント全般（体制構築、予算管理、スコープ管理、スケジュール管理、リスク管理）
業務部門（Finance、HR、Legal、Procurement、IT 等）と IT / 開発チーム / 外部パートナーをつなぐステークホルダー調整とコミュニケーションハブ機能
業務プロセスと現行システムの可視化・課題抽出・あるべき姿の設計、およびそれにもとづく要求定義と優先順位付け
各プロジェクトにおけるビジネス要求の構造化・モデリング（プロセスマップ、データモデル、業務×システムマトリクス等）と、エンジニア / アーキテクトへの要求伝達
複数プロジェクト横断でのアーキテクチャ整合性確保、共通マスタやデータ標準、ガバナンスルールの策定支援
AI-Native 化に向けた業務再設計（ServiceNow / Workday 等の Headless 化、エージェント型ワークフローの組み込みを含む）の企画と推進
変更管理（Change Management）、現場展開、ユーザー受け入れ支援、定着化までの伴走

企業のコーポレート領域（Finance / HR / Procurement / Legal / IT 等）における業務改革または基幹システム導入プロジェクトのプロジェクトマネジメント経験 5年以上（PM / リードコンサルタント / 事業会社の変革推進担当のいずれでも可）
業務プロセスの可視化、要求定義、要件整理、ステークホルダー間の利害調整を一連で担当した経験
業務部門とIT部門（または開発ベンダー）の双方と対話し、両者の言語を翻訳・橋渡ししながらプロジェクトを前進させた経験
ERP / EPM / CLM / S2P / HCM / ITSM 等いずれかのエンタープライズSaaS（Workday、ServiceNow、Anaplan、SAP、Oracle 等）の導入または刷新プロジェクトに、DX推進メンバーとして深く関与した経験
生成AI / AIエージェントの業務活用に対して強い関心を持ち、自ら学習・適応できる方
