今回募集するPartner Sales Specialistのポジションは、「メルカリShops」に出店いただく加盟店の拡大を最大化するとともに、利用促進に向けた交渉・契約合意やプロジェクト管理を担っていただきます。
具体的な業務内容は以下の通りです。
大手事業者（主にリユース小売業界大手企業）のEC責任者に向けた営業活
出品後の販促導入提案、売上拡大コンサルティング
目標達成のための営業状況管理
業務進捗のマネジメントサポート
チームメンバーのマネジメントサポート
パートナーとの経済条件、責任範囲などの契約交渉
クロージングサポートなどパートナー経由のセールス支援

Requirements

What you’ll need

メルカリグループおよび各カンパニーのミッションとバリューに共感していただける方
法人営業経験5年以上を有する方
システム・IT・広告・コンサルティングなどの無形商材の法人営業経験
エンタープライズセールスの経験があり、クライアントの意思決定者（部長クラス以上）との折衝経験、合意形成の成功経験
再現性のある成果創出ノウハウを自分なりに確立し、実績を出したご経験がある方
数値やFactベースでの考え方および提案を実践してきたご経験がある方
社内外のステークホルダーと円滑な調整と交渉を推進し高い営業実績を残したご経験がある方
IT業界/スタートアップ/ベンチャー特有の変化やスピード感を楽しめる方
Excelやスプレッドシートの中級レベル（VLOOKUP/IF/ピボットなど）以上を有する方
AI等を活用し、業務の自動化や効率化を設計・実行した経験がある方
少人数（最低3名程度）のTeamをLeadした経験を有する方
プロジェクトマネジメント経験
日本語：Proficient (CEFR – C1)
英語：Independent (CEFR – B2) 歓迎
