Full-stack Engineer

• Discover and deliver our product in collaboration with the CTO and the product managers
• Design, develop, deploy and operate our frontend & backend applications
• Integrate & refine cutting-edge speech-to-text and large language AI models
• Design and build a framework for automated prompt refinement, including: feedback ingestion from doctors and internal annotation tools; evaluation pipelines for LLM performance; mechanisms for prompt versioning, testing and rollout
• Be involved in architectural and infrastructure decision-making

• Independent management of existing customer accounts
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with rehabilitation clinics
• Together with our Product team, you analyze specific customer needs and develop tailored solutions
• Occasional participation in professional conferences and congresses
• Product trainings and onboarding sessions (on-site)
• Management of integration projects in close collaboration with our Integration team
• Data maintenance and documentation in our CRM
