Key responsibilities & impact

Finance & Controlling: maintenance and further development of our financial model
Preparation of month-end closings
Support with cap table management and investor reporting
Identification and implementation of process improvements in day-to-day operations
Automating repetitive workflows using tools such as Make, n8n, and Claude Code/Cowork
Coordinating and optimizing our recruiting processes
Supporting onboarding of new team members and managing employee data
Taking ownership of strategic projects: market and competitor analyses, introduction of new tools, or establishing new processes

What you’ll need

Enrolled in or graduated from a reputable university (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
Initial practical experience through internships or working-student roles in a startup environment, management consulting, or venture capital
Analytical mindset, structured way of working, and hands-on attitude
High level of initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
Minimum availability of 3 months
