About the role

  • Order processing with focus on the company’s own brand mera and support for private-label business
  • Active customer management and generating orders
  • Receiving and entering orders, and preparing invoices and delivery notes
  • Checking prices, terms and product availability
  • Processing complaints and credit notes
  • Organizing transport and logistics
  • Close coordination with Key Account Management and field sales
  • Inventory management; creating and maintaining customer, product and master data
  • Master data maintenance in PIM, ERP (AEINS) and shop systems
  • Monitoring stock levels and pallet accounts

Requirements

  • Professional experience in inside sales
  • Confident in ERP order entry and logistics coordination
  • Understanding of well-maintained master data and smooth processes
  • Strong organizational skills, structured and solution-oriented working style
  • Confident handling of customer inquiries and proactive communication with colleagues
  • Good English skills
  • Enjoyment of direct customer contact and a strong service orientation
