• Responsible for a wide range of packaging solutions — from flexible primary packaging such as films and sacks through product-specific cardboard packaging to printed labels for promotions and the product range
• Optimizing interfaces between suppliers, Purchasing and Production while complying with quality management requirements
• Establishing new and maintaining existing supplier relationships
• Requesting, analyzing and negotiating quotations
• Preparing decision-relevant data with a focus on cost-performance and sustainability
• Supporting price and terms negotiations
• Drafting, processing and tracking contracts
• Monitoring and controlling deadlines and delivery schedules
• Monitoring and further developing current quality standards (cost-effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability)

Purchaser - Packaging Materials

Marketing

• Take on a key role at the interface between brand and sales
• Plan, develop and implement all national and international trade and POS activities
• Develop and implement national trade marketing strategies
• Design and execute POS campaigns, promotions and shopper activations
• Responsible for annual planning and the trade marketing budget
• Close collaboration with Sales, Brand Management, Communications, Digital and Field Sales
• Manage external agencies and service providers
• Develop high-impact sales materials, displays and presentations for key accounts
• Monitor and measure campaign performance
• Support international partners with market entry

Trade Marketing Manager

Account Executive

• Order processing with focus on the company’s own brand mera and support for private-label business
• Active customer management and generating orders
• Receiving and entering orders, and preparing invoices and delivery notes
• Checking prices, terms and product availability
• Processing complaints and credit notes
• Organizing transport and logistics
• Close coordination with Key Account Management and field sales
• Inventory management; creating and maintaining customer, product and master data
• Master data maintenance in PIM, ERP (AEINS) and shop systems
• Monitoring stock levels and pallet accounts
