About the role
- Strategic development and expansion of key customers (OEMs, Tier‑1)
- Management of existing customer relationships on both technical and commercial levels
- Coordination and responsibility for acquisition and series projects in the area of interior lighting
- Price and contract negotiations as well as management of complex sales processes
- Collaboration with development and project teams to implement customer‑specific solutions
- Market and competitor analyses; identification of new business and product opportunities
- Reporting, forecasting and responsibility for sales/revenue
Requirements
- Completed technical degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in Key Account Management within the automotive sector, ideally in interior lighting or optoelectronics
- Solid knowledge of automotive processes (APQP, IATF 16949, VDA)
- Strong customer orientation, willingness to travel and experience in an international environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong closing skills and a structured working style
- Fluent German and English; additional languages are an advantage
