QA Engineer

• Support the Head of Quality Assurance in the technical and disciplinary leadership of employees at the Erkrath site
• Lead the QA complaints management team, including preparation of 8D reports and deriving and implementing appropriate corrective and containment actions following root-cause analysis
• Assist in preparing, conducting and supporting customer, product and internal audits (Automotive and Non-Automotive)

• Interface between customers, suppliers, internal departments and other project and cooperation partners
• Processing and management of customer-specific requirements (e.g., statement of requirements analysis, specifications) and implementing them into practical solutions, taking into account effort estimation, risk assessment and schedule-related coordination
• Project data management according to IATF16949 and MENTOR's Production Development Process (PEP)
