About the role
- Lead and support a small team, fostering collaboration and creativity
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate campaigns that drive engagement and reach priority audiences
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to create culturally responsive, impactful campaigns
- Manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder relationships
- Use data insights to assess effectiveness and improve future campaigns
Requirements
- Experience leading teams and people management
- Experience in campaign management, communications, marketing, and or social marketing
- Strong project and budget management
- Ability to build relationships with strong communication skills
- Understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and commitment to equity
- Existing knowledge of and willingness to grow and extend knowledge of Te Ao Māori and Te Reo Māori
