About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for projects with clients, leading kickoff meetings and strategic alignment sessions.
- Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets and execution schedules.
- Monitor project deadlines, costs and outcomes, proposing adjustments as needed.
- Ensure effective communication flow across all involved areas.
- Provide updated status reports to clients and managers.
- Recommend improvements to Workplace Quality of Life programs based on a critical and analytical perspective.
- Support the organization of documents and data in Teams and control spreadsheets.
Requirements
- Degree in Psychology with active CRP (professional psychologist registration).
- Experience in planning, executing, and monitoring medium- and large-scale projects.
- Experience managing relationships with internal and external corporate clients.
- Knowledge of Project Management, Risk Management and People Management.
- Intermediate Excel.
- Specialization in Occupational Mental Health is desirable.
