💰 $105,000 - $125,000 per year
About the role
- Develop both new and existing accounts and expand business across primary service offerings
- Conduct client sales presentations (face-to-face, via phone or web meetings, attend industry tradeshows)
- Work together with business development and project management to prepare high-quality responses to RFPs
- Present proposals while selling features and services to close deals
- Effectively utilize CRM system daily to manage sales pipeline, client contacts, sales activities, and lead activity
- Complete weekly sales reports and provide information for backlog and sales projections
- Conduct job walks and attend client site meetings as required
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure client retention by driving superior client service
- Successfully onboard new client accounts while effectively communicating client needs and contractual obligations
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in sales
- Required knowledge in general contracting, architecture, engineering, or the commercial real estate industry
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, follow-up, and negotiation skills
- Must have an established book of business within the industry
- Willingness to travel
- Must be computer proficient, including experience using MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- CRM proficiency is preferred
