About the role
- Oversee and optimize all activities across multiple company restaurants
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with hygiene, HACCP and safety standards as well as internal guidelines
- Target-oriented personnel management, including hiring, onboarding and training
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a cook (chef qualification)
- Leadership experience preferred
- Experience in contract catering or corporate catering is an advantage
- Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills
- Passion for hospitality and a desire to be a host
- Reliability, cleanliness, strong quality awareness and team spirit
- Knowledge of personnel management
- Structured working style and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
