About the role
- Manage, renew, and foster growth within assigned accounts following transition from Client Acquisition
- Drive sustainable, long-term growth while overseeing renewals with support from Customer Success and Renewals teams
- Develop customized account plans and strategies to optimize retention and stimulate account growth
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities including upselling and cross-selling
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success to drive engagement and utilization
- Partner with Renewals Representatives to ensure account retention and negotiate pricing agreements
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive engagement and satisfaction
- Monitor customer usage patterns to inform renewal and product expansion strategies
- Implement proactive sales processes to counter competitive threats during renewals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
- Minimum of 2 years tenure in account management (desired)
- Proven track record in account management, growth, and renewals within software/SaaS
- Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities
- Ability to develop effective account plans and strategies
- Proactive approach to identifying and driving expansion opportunities (upselling, cross-selling)
- Refined communication and collaboration abilities
- Results-oriented with focus on growth targets and customer satisfaction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Willingness to work hybrid schedule (in office 3 days a week)
- Ability to legally work in the country of hire
