About the role

  • Lead and mentor a team of content analysts, providing guidance and performance feedback.
  • Oversee day-to-day content processing tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assign and track workload to maintain team productivity and deadlines.
  • Develop and implement best practices for content analysis and quality control.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to streamline workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance content processing strategies.
  • Ensure content adheres to company guidelines, policies, and industry standards.
  • Conduct periodic audits to assess content quality and compliance.
  • Address errors and implement corrective measures as needed.
  • Work closely with product managers, data teams, and engineers to refine content processes.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to improve content-related initiatives.
  • Provide reports and updates on content analysis trends and challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in content analysis, data validation, or quality assurance, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of HITL processes and annotation, or data enrichment.
  • Experience working with large datasets, content moderation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with annotation tools and content management systems is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation skills and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
