• You are the organizational hub, keeping processes aligned and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
• You work closely with senior management, have access to email, calendar and communication channels, and take responsibility for day-to-day operations and projects
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail
• Order and manage office supplies and equipment
• Maintain inventory and stock lists
• Communicate with suppliers and business partners
• Manage personnel files
• Review, pre-account and record receipts/invoices

• Du setzt Produkte, Menschen und Stories so in Szene, dass Bilder und Videos entstehen, die man einfach teilen muss.
• Du übernimmst Konzeption, Dreh und Schnitt von kurzen Reels und Behind-the-Scenes-Clips im Atelier: Produktionsprozesse, Handwerksdetails und Materialien sowie Mood-Videos für neue Produkte, Kampagnen und Events
• Du hast ein Gespür für aktuelle Trends und weißt, wie man mit Hooks und Storylines Videos kreiert, die fesseln.
• Du liebst Mode und hast einen Look, der deinen Lifestyle unterstreicht – mühelos elegant, inspirierend und authentisch.
