About the role

  • Administrative follow-up of personnel: contracts, amendments, certificates, employee files
  • Management of new hires: preparing onboarding files and administrative documents
  • Registration and monitoring of extra/casual staff contracts
  • Management and verification of staff schedules
  • Drafting and updating HR documents and correspondence
  • Updating HR tracking spreadsheets
  • Centralizing and transmitting HR administrative information between the boutique hotels and headquarters
  • Escalating important information concerning an employee, team, or department to the HR unit
  • Assisting with payroll verification: hours, absences, leave, and extra staff payments
  • Verifying the consistency of data submitted for payroll
  • Contributing to post-payroll checks
  • Participating in payroll-related administrative follow-up

Requirements

  • You are currently studying Human Resources or a related field
  • Organized, rigorous, and discreet
  • Good sense of priorities and enjoy working in a team
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to develop operational HR skills
  • Previous experience or knowledge in personnel administration is a plus
