About the role
- Administrative follow-up of personnel: contracts, amendments, certificates, employee files
- Management of new hires: preparing onboarding files and administrative documents
- Registration and monitoring of extra/casual staff contracts
- Management and verification of staff schedules
- Drafting and updating HR documents and correspondence
- Updating HR tracking spreadsheets
- Centralizing and transmitting HR administrative information between the boutique hotels and headquarters
- Escalating important information concerning an employee, team, or department to the HR unit
- Assisting with payroll verification: hours, absences, leave, and extra staff payments
- Verifying the consistency of data submitted for payroll
- Contributing to post-payroll checks
- Participating in payroll-related administrative follow-up
Requirements
- You are currently studying Human Resources or a related field
- Organized, rigorous, and discreet
- Good sense of priorities and enjoy working in a team
- Curious, proactive, and eager to develop operational HR skills
- Previous experience or knowledge in personnel administration is a plus
