- Preparation and follow-up for events
- Welcoming, attending to and saying goodbye to guests
- Advising on the food and beverage offerings
- Assisting service staff with daily operations
- Creating duty rosters
- Training apprentices and new staff
- Preparing accounts and daily financial reports
Requirements
- Completed training in hotel management, gastronomy or tourism
- Some initial leadership experience
- Experience in event support is an advantage
- Hospitality mindset
- Strong communication skills & foreign language skills, including English and Spanish
- Enjoy working with guests
- Organizational talent & ability to work independently
- Good manners
- Flexibility and team spirit
