About the role
- Design and execute the hotel’s revenue management and pricing strategy to maximise RevPAR and EBITDA
- Manage daily pricing decisions across all market segments and distribution channels
- Monitor, maintain and optimise Duetto pricing rules, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity
- Analyse daily, weekly and monthly pick-up reports, demand trends and market performance
- Optimise room type pricing and supplement strategies, maximising revenue from premium categories
- Lead the hotel’s upselling strategy at booking, pre-arrival and arrival stages
- Produce weekly and periodic forecasts, budgets and reforecasts with clear action plans
- Oversee group and event quotations, ensuring alignment with the overall revenue strategy
- Drive direct channel performance and OTA disintermediation through pricing and distribution decisions
- Prepare and lead business review meetings, ensuring accurate reporting and actionable insights
Requirements
- Degree in Business Studies, Hotel Management or a related field
- Revenue Management training is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in hotel Revenue Management or Revenue supervision
- Strong knowledge of pricing, forecasting, benchmarking and analytics
- Experience with Opera, Duetto, Switch and SAP preferred
- Solid understanding of hotel operations
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English; local language required depending on location.
