About the role
- Lead, motivate and develop the housekeeping team.
- Manage external contractors and ensure the highest quality standards.
- Organize daily operations including room scheduling and inspections.
- Responsible for duty and vacation scheduling as well as cost control.
- Ensure cleanliness and order in guest rooms and public areas.
- Act as the interface between staff, management and guests.
Requirements
- Completed training in the hospitality, tourism or events sector is desirable.
- Good PC skills and experience with MS Office programs; ideally initial experience with the PMS Opera hotel software.
- Strong guest-service mentality.
- Organizational talent.
- Professional demeanor.
- Flexibility and team spirit.
- Ability to handle pressure.
