About the role

  • You create a first-class service experience through personal and professional guest care in our F&B outlets.
  • You responsibly represent the F&B Manager during their absence, work closely with them and support them in all operational matters.
  • You actively lead, motivate and develop employees and trainees.
  • You confidently implement our operational company objectives in day-to-day operations.
  • You continuously analyze and optimize efficiency in all service outlets.
  • You plan, coordinate and oversee events and functions.
  • You prepare and manage duty rosters (staff schedules).
  • You are responsible for revenue and cost control in the F&B outlets.
  • You ensure compliance with our quality and hygiene standards in accordance with internal MHI guidelines and legal requirements.
  • You act as the central interface between service, kitchen, purchasing, events planning and accounting.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or a degree in upscale hoteliering or gastronomy.
  • Several years of professional experience in comparable positions and properties.
  • Very good German and English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
  • Confident, service-oriented manner and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a pronounced sense for sales, upselling and economic efficiency.
  • Team-oriented leadership style with empathy and assertiveness.
  • High quality awareness and strong personal performance standards.
  • Experience in leading, motivating and developing staff.
  • Genuine hospitality mindset and attention to detail.
  • Intercultural competence in dealing with international guests.
  • Resilience and solution-oriented approach — even in demanding situations — and flexibility.
  • Experience working with MICROS POS systems and knowledge of cost control.
  • Confident in creating and optimizing duty rosters (staff schedules).
