About the role

  • Operational responsibility & execution
  • Support in scaling our digital business model (e-learning, online certifications, platform logic)
  • Independently run projects across the entire customer journey — from acquisition to retention
  • Identify and implement optimization opportunities in processes, products and digital workflows
  • Quickly get up to speed with new tools, technologies and topics — and independently further develop them
  • Analyze markets, competitors and trends in digital continuing education & compliance
  • Prepare business cases and data-driven decision foundations
  • Derive growth opportunities for new courses, target groups and digital products
  • Support the development of pricing and offering structures
  • Assist in building and evolving our e-learning platform
  • Optimize the user experience across the entire digital customer journey
  • Implement and test new tools (e.g., automation, CRM, AI-powered systems)
  • Build scalable processes for course operations, certification and customer management
  • Design, execute and evaluate performance marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.)
  • Build and optimize landing pages to validate hypotheses
  • Create marketing materials using AI (ads, creatives, copy)
  • Analyze and continuously optimize funnels and conversion rates

Requirements

  • Very strong analytical thinking
  • Excellent Excel and Google Sheets skills
  • Clear affinity for digital business models, platforms and AI tools
  • Interest in e-learning, online products and scalable business models
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented work style
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and high personal ownership
  • Hands-on mentality and strong execution skills
  • Appetite for responsibility, speed and real impact
  • Option A: Recent university graduate with substantial internships (startups, VC, consulting, etc.)
  • Option B: 1–3 years of experience (startup, consulting, growth, VC/PE, etc.)
