About the role

  • Operational responsibility & execution
  • Support across all operational areas — from marketing and sales to product implementation and process optimization
  • Independently drive and execute strategic and operational projects
  • Identify and implement improvement opportunities across all company areas
  • Quickly get up to speed in new topics and advance them independently
  • Conduct market analyses and competitor monitoring
  • Build business cases and financial models
  • Develop decision-making materials for new locations and expansion steps
  • Prepare marketing and sales materials
  • Direct support to the founding team for the introduction and scaling of a franchise model
  • Close collaboration with franchise partners to understand their needs and develop operational solutions
  • Implement and manage software tools to increase efficiency at (franchise) locations
  • Build scalable processes for growth and expansion
  • Design, run and evaluate performance marketing tests
  • Create marketing materials with AI (ads, creatives, copy)
  • Build landing pages to validate marketing hypotheses
  • Analyze and optimize campaigns and sales processes

Requirements

  • Very strong analytical thinking
  • Excellent Excel and Google Sheets skills
  • Strong affinity for AI tools & new technologies
  • Structured, independent working style
  • Entrepreneurial mindset

  • Flexibility and willingness to quickly learn new topics
