About the role
- Primary point of contact for customers regarding invoices, contracts, and billing inquiries
- Handle the accounting hotline and accounting email inbox
- Resolve customer issues related to invoices, credit notes, and installment payments
- Manage accurate recording of contract terminations
- Coordinate with technical or consulting teams
Requirements
- Completed commercial/administrative training or equivalent experience
- Initial exposure to accounting/finance (e.g., invoices, open-item lists, DATEV, etc.)
- Enjoy interacting with customers by phone and email
- Structured, reliable work style and a strong service mindset
- Careful, organized, and analytical approach to work
