About the role

  • Support backlog refinement, prioritisation, and preparation of user stories.
  • Elicit, document, and clarify business and functional requirements.
  • Work with technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered as intended.
  • Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) and release activities.
  • Assist with training, adoption, and continuous improvement of service processes and tooling.

Requirements

  • Experience working with Service platforms, CRM, ticketing, or ERP systems.
  • Understanding of Agile delivery principles and ways of working.
  • Experience supporting requirements, testing, and delivery activities.
  • Strong communication skills, able to translate between business and technical teams.
  • Collaborative, pragmatic, and delivery-focused with attention to detail.
