About the role
- Lead Concentric Health Alliance's sales initiatives within your assigned geographic territory.
- Strategically manage and cultivate relationships with executives, decision-makers, and purchasing teams.
- Utilize video-calls to meet with prospects to pitch new business, maintain client relationships, and close deals.
- Maintain and report a bi-weekly pipeline of prospects and meetings.
- Create and share monthly forecasts for your territory.
- Reliably maintain CRM data daily with notes; Hubspot CRM, Hubspot Prospecting, and more.
- Utilize available tools and skills to assess prospecting opportunities and call on customers through phone and in person visits to develop new lines of business.
- Occasional travel within your assigned territory to trade show events, prospects, and clients to reinforce and build key customer relationships.
- Manage deal opportunities through the sales pipeline ensuring quotes and deadlines are met.
- Close both cold and lead generated opportunities.
- Maintain a minimum profitability on sales.
- Demonstrate Hit monthly prospect and client meeting expectations.
- Hit quarterly and annual revenue quotas.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in purchasing decisionmaker-level engagement.
- Demonstrated success in sales growth through cold calling and meeting sales quotas.
- Ability to utilize technology: Hubspot, Zoominfo, Microsoft Teams, Office Suite, and more.
- Regular access to a work environment that is conducive to making and receiving video calls
- Experience in building and maintaining significant customer relationships.
- Ability to work responsibly and collaboratively within a remote-first workplace.
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to analyze complex data.
- Ability to travel 10%, including out-of-state and overnight.
- Preferred: Prior experience selling medical, PPE, and other supplies.
- Preferred: A background as an end user or purchaser of supplies.
- Preferred: Skilled in presenting various product lines and tailoring solutions to client needs.
- Preferred: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational capabilities.
