About the role
- Develop and implement recurring formats (e.g., Story highlights, polls, etc.)
- Active community management (comments, messages, engaging with the community)
- Conceptualize and produce creative social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) from ideation to execution
- Support campaigns, partnerships and other marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Creativity & trend awareness: You have a good eye for social media trends and enjoy developing your own ideas
- Motivation & initiative: You’re driven, take responsibility and contribute actively to the team
- Hands-on mentality: You don’t just implement ideas—you iterate and improve them
- Interest in social media & community building: You enjoy interacting with people and growing communities
- Some experience with tools like Canva
- Strong language skills: Confident spoken and written German; English skills at a minimum C1 level are a strong plus
