About the role

  • Drive initiatives that reduce healthcare utilization while enhancing member care and experience
  • Lead the design and implementation of workflows that prioritize member outcomes
  • Partner with CFO, Clinical team, and CGO to ensure new initiatives optimize operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with all functional areas to identify inefficiencies and implement streamlined workflows
  • Support development and delivery of training programs that equip teams with new knowledge and skills
  • Leverage internal and external data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance member care.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in healthcare administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare management, project management, or a similar role focused on strategic initiatives and cost-reduction in healthcare settings
  • Proven ability to align strategic efforts with organizational values
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and decisions
  • Experience with healthcare IT systems, Electronic Health Records (EHR), Project Management Workflow systems, etc.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, housing documentation systems, and health plan portals.
