About the role
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare roles (Physicians, PMHNPs, RNs, Clinical Operations, etc.)
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for high-volume and specialized roles
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities
- Evaluate candidates against regulatory and compliance standards
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines within the U.S. healthcare market
- Maintain ATS accuracy, job postings, and recruitment metrics
- Track market trends and align hiring strategies to leadership expectations
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier clinical talent
- Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruitment experience
- 3+ years specializing in U.S. healthcare/clinical recruitment
- Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Proven expertise in sourcing and evaluating clinical candidates
- Experience with high-volume hiring
- Strong understanding of ATS systems and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Perfect written and spoken English (mandatory)
- Ability to work full-time aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours (required)
- Would be preferred: Experience recruiting for telehealth or multi-state healthcare organizations
- Experience recruiting 1099 and W2 healthcare providers
- Familiarity with DEA/licensure processes across multiple states
- Background working with U.S.-based healthcare companies from an international location
