• Serve as the primary point of contact for providers and internal teams regarding telehealth regulations, DEA requirements, PDMP, licensure, prescribing standards, and internal Medical Operations policies

QA Engineer

• Lead the development and execution of MEDvidi’s clinical quality assurance program
• Ensure best-in-class provider documentation, regulatory compliance, and patient safety across all service lines
• Play a pivotal role in ongoing chart review oversight, trend analysis, and clinical process improvement
• Conduct staged chart audits for new providers and deliver timely feedback
• Lead and continuously optimize the peer review process using a standardized QA rubric
• Enter audit results into shared QA dashboards and generate monthly QA reports

• Support healthcare providers and existing patients while contributing to the development of workflows and best practices for our EU operations.
• Manage incoming patient communications via phone, email, and chat.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments, medication requests, and care-related actions.
• Process and document patient inquiries using standardized templates and protocols.
• Facilitate verification processes and ensure accurate data collection.
