About the role

  • Overseeing and optimizing the revenue cycle process for clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, Finance, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management or related healthcare finance roles
  • Behavioral Health (BH) and/or Substance Use Disorder (SUD) RCM experience preferred
  • Proven experience in client relationship management
  • Deep understanding of healthcare billing, coding, compliance, and insurance processes
  • Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced proficiency in RCM software and Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
