About the role
- Oversee the successful delivery of complex client onboarding and implementation initiatives
- Manage a team of implementation specialists and managers
- Ensure operational excellence and partner closely with cross-functional leaders
- Provide strategic direction and drive process improvements
- Ensure implementation projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 4–6+ years of experience in implementation, project management, client onboarding, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of people management experience, leading implementation or project teams
- Proven track record managing large-scale, complex, multi-workstream projects
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., ServiceDesk Plus, Jira, Smartsheet, Trello, MS Project)
