About the role
- Provide leadership and technical guidance to a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Analytic Product Owners and Data Analysts.
- Recruit, coach, and train team members to ensure high performance, productivity, and professional growth.
- Champion strategic vision, drive the analytics product development process, and foster strong relationships across functional areas.
- Ensure the team's effective adoption and understanding of analytics ecosystems, promoting system thinking.
- Manage team resource allocation, facilitate communication with key stakeholders, and drive alignment of analytics products with business needs.
Requirements
- Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A) and minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Global Operations and Supply Chain, Enterprise functions, Operations or compliance and audit functions.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Experience supporting Agile processes and development.
- Experience in supporting analytics that leverage the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Excellent problem solving, communication and organization skills.
- Knowledge of Medtronic products and corporate structure
