  • Lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world
  • Drive adoption of new therapies and grow sales and market share for assigned territory
  • Train, educate, sell, and in-service new Vascular products
  • Aggressively develop new accounts and drive therapy adoption of PVH carotid, thrombectomy and other products
  • Meet and exceed sales budget, and account development targets
  • Drive sales and adoption of new Vascular technologies
  • Manage expenses effectively to drive business growth
  • Identify, evaluate, and convert target accounts to increase market share
  • Build productive working relationships with key decision makers and customers to drive business and therapy adoption
  • Train and educate customers on new products to ensure they are used effectively
  • Plan and implement sales/product presentations to customers
  • Participate in product and skills development programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10 years B2B or Healthcare Sales
  • 5 years experience selling Medical device or medical capital equipment
  • 5+ years selling to Interventional cardiology and/or radiology, hospital/Cath Lab setting, Vascular surgery or EO
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively seek and secure new business opportunities
  • Experience in a highly customer focused, competitive selling environment, medical sales are preferred
  • Full understanding and experience with the sales process, particularly in a hospital setting
  • Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and apply it in a live, case setting
  • Passion for new technologies and a strong desire to bring innovative solutions to the market
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Business planning skills
  • Ability to coordinate/participate in numerous tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment in an organized manner while meeting deadlines
  • Presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently & drive results
  • Knowledge & experience in operating room, hospital & physician office protocol/conduct
  • Ability to teach & educate medical personnel, peers & technical support personnel
  • Demonstrated ability to grasp use of technology & applications (i.e., iPad, SalesForces.com); PC literate
  • Top 10% past performance; President’s Club winner
  • Expertise with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent influencing and consulting skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Ability to make timely and sound decisions
  • Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology, medical procedures and the medical device industry
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong work ethic in accomplishing objectives of the position
