Promotes and sells Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals
Pursue leads, assess customer needs and provide product services to maximize benefits from Medtronic's products and/or services
Promote and establish education of the company's products and/or services to customers
Conduct market research including customers' and competitors' activities
Implement market development plans/strategies and make changes as needed
Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing

Requirements
Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A))

Requires broad knowledge of sales techniques typically gained through education and/or on the job learning
Learn to use professional concepts and apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues
Ability to develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals
