Play a key role in aligning the creative direction with the company's strategic objectives for Cardiac Surgery
Develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans for Cluster Central, Poland and SEECA of Cardiac Surgery organization
Work with executives to set budgets and targets, and develop pricing strategies for products and services
Oversee all marketing campaigns for Cardiac Surgery department and implement strategy
Promote business, product, and service and ensure the company communicates the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones
Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, and customer support
Update senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and report on the results of campaigns
Requirements
Master’s degree in academic backgrounds, including marketing, communication, business, and other fields
5 years of experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to think creatively and innovatively
Budget-management skills and proficiency
Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
CEE location preferably
