About the role
- Drive clinical conversations with stakeholders and facilitate establishing technological supremacy for our therapies in the Capital Business segment
- Work in strong collaboration with Capital Business Sales Team members, Country business and Leadership teams to identify, develop and close out new leads
- Drive strong product promotion, facilitate demos, prepare compelling commercial proposals and stay abreast with market needs and changing dynamics of selling capital units
- Step in once the lead for Hugo sales is identified and follow through till closure/commercial discussions initiation
- Develop and/or implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed
- Intercept, comprehend and respond to competitive forces as appropriate – brief the sales team about it
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years’ experience / Associate Degree with 8+ years’ experience / High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years’ experience
- Knowledge in complex technologies, within medical devices
- Robotics/Imaging/Surgical preferred
- Stakeholder management and relationship building experience
