About the role

  • Drive end to end sales for Medtronic’s Hugo business portfolio
  • Drive strong product promotion, facilitate demos, prepare compelling commercial proposals and stay abreast with market needs and changing dynamics of selling capital units
  • Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including hospitals, physicians, and Radiology and Surgical personnel
  • Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Hugo
  • Conducts and/or evaluates market research including customers and competitors' activities
  • Develops and/or implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed
  • Assesses customer needs and feedback regarding new products and/or modifications to existing products and communicates to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations, and Marketing
  • Utilise SFDC as the only source of reporting and observation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years’ experience/High School Diploma with 10+ years’ experience/associate's degree with 8+ years’ experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree will be preferred
  • Relevant sales experience within Robotics/Capital Sales/Surgical medical device
  • Able to travel up to 30% for work
