About the role
- Supporting the operational activities that drive the success of the sales organization
- Driving commercial excellence, sales analytics, and process improvement to support revenue growth
- Driving the design and execution of innovative commercial strategies
- Creating and scaling sales processes, systems, and tools to enable high performance
- Streamlining workflows, roles, processes, and systems to improve operational efficiency
- Preparing quarterly business review analytics; highlighting areas of strength and weakness
- Driving automation and integration of sales tools to enhance productivity
- Uncovering trends within the data to understand drivers of performance
- Translating requirements from ad-hoc analysis to technology teams
- Partnering closely with marketing, sales, and strategy in CICE to align strategies and execution
- Independently running analysis and hypothesis testing based on business questions from cross-functional partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 7+ years sales analytics experience
- Knowledge of CRM systems (salesforce.com) and sales analytics tools
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales operations, sales management, or a related role (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in sales tools and technologies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
