About the role
- Manage and deliver legal advice and counsel to legal, business, function, and regional stakeholders
- Maintain trusted seat at the LT Table for the IOU
- Coordinate and provide oversight to COEs, regional partners, outside counsel
- Engage appropriate stakeholders across the enterprise for consistency
- Lead stakeholders in development and implementation of relevant training
- Support business development projects involving due diligence, acquisitions, joint ventures and integrations
Requirements
- Juris Doctor from nationally recognized law school
- Admitted to one or more state bars
- Member of good standing of bar in the state in which the position is based or be eligible to waive into such state bar
- 8+ years of legal experience to include experience with healthcare law
