About the role

  • Lead sales for Superficial Venous Intervention (SVI) products in assigned territory
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Identify opportunities within existing customer base and new accounts
  • Train medical staff on products and procedures
  • Practice good ethical territory management
  • Monitor market trends and competitive information
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers
  • Represent the company at industry conferences
  • Handle customer requests and resolve complaints promptly
  • Conduct business adhering to ethics and compliance guidelines

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years experience OR Associate’s Degree AND 4+ years experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years experience
  • Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
  • 2+ years of B2B or medical device sales (NICE TO HAVE)
  • 2+ years of experience in a Medtronic clinical specialist role (NICE TO HAVE)
  • A valid driver's license is essential
