About the role
- Lead sales for Superficial Venous Intervention (SVI) products in assigned territory
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify opportunities within existing customer base and new accounts
- Train medical staff on products and procedures
- Practice good ethical territory management
- Monitor market trends and competitive information
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers
- Represent the company at industry conferences
- Handle customer requests and resolve complaints promptly
- Conduct business adhering to ethics and compliance guidelines
Requirements
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years experience OR Associate’s Degree AND 4+ years experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years experience
- Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
- 2+ years of B2B or medical device sales (NICE TO HAVE)
- 2+ years of experience in a Medtronic clinical specialist role (NICE TO HAVE)
- A valid driver's license is essential
