About the role

  • Provide financial leadership to grow the business and drive profitability
  • Lead financial planning and analysis activities for Endoscopy Operating Unit (OU)
  • Interact with OU President and CFO to determine optimal capital allocation of Portfolio funding
  • Generate forecasts and analyze P&L, Balance Sheet and market trends
  • Interpret and analyze actual financial performance versus plan or forecast
  • Lead and oversee FP&A staff driving process improvement across OU
  • Work with OU CFO to ensure achievement of financial commitments
  • Structure business information on a global basis to identify specific risks and opportunities
  • Develop innovative alternatives and solutions when issues arise
  • Develop and direct oversight of FP&A Center of Excellence at the Portfolio

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 10 years of finance experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of finance experience
  • MBA and financial systems implementation experience preferred
  • Strong quantitative analysis and problem-solving skills, and high degree of initiative and influence management skills
  • Successful track record of supervising a diverse financial team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
