About the role

  • Maximize profit by achieving sales revenue targets and grow market share for a specified territory
  • Promote, sell and service Medtronic Coronary Renal Denervation (CRDN) and/or Peripheral vascular products
  • Practice good, ethical territory management in terms of organization, planning, administration and expense planning and control
  • Increase sales and revenue by aggressively targeting and developing new accounts
  • Train appropriate medical staff on products and procedures
  • Meet expectations as defined by Sales Management
  • Develop and maintain accurate account and territory records
  • Manage time to ensure maximum coverage of all accounts within territory
  • Develop and implement strategies to counter competitors
  • Control and manage expenses in the most cost effective manner for the company

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years experience *
  • OR Associate’s Degree AND 6+ years experience *
  • OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years experience *
  • Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
  • 4+ years' experience in B2B or Medical Sales OR 2+ years experience in B2B or medical sales AND 2+ years as a clinical specialist
  • Degree in biological science or business preferred
  • Knowledge & experience in operating room, hospital & physician office protocol/conduct
  • Ability to teach & educate medical personnel, peers & technical support personnel
  • Top 10% past performance; President’s Club winner
