About the role
- Maximize profit by achieving sales revenue targets and grow market share for a specified territory
- Promote, sell and service Medtronic Coronary Renal Denervation (CRDN) and/or Peripheral vascular products
- Practice good, ethical territory management in terms of organization, planning, administration and expense planning and control
- Increase sales and revenue by aggressively targeting and developing new accounts
- Train appropriate medical staff on products and procedures
- Meet expectations as defined by Sales Management
- Develop and maintain accurate account and territory records
- Manage time to ensure maximum coverage of all accounts within territory
- Develop and implement strategies to counter competitors
- Control and manage expenses in the most cost effective manner for the company
Requirements
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years experience *
- OR Associate’s Degree AND 6+ years experience *
- OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years experience *
- Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
- 4+ years' experience in B2B or Medical Sales OR 2+ years experience in B2B or medical sales AND 2+ years as a clinical specialist
- Degree in biological science or business preferred
- Knowledge & experience in operating room, hospital & physician office protocol/conduct
- Ability to teach & educate medical personnel, peers & technical support personnel
- Top 10% past performance; President’s Club winner
