💰 €60,000 - €90,000 per year

About the role

  • Develop sales of the Hugo™ surgical robotic system within a defined portfolio of existing hospitals
  • Build and mobilize a decision-making coalition within each institution (surgeons, hospital leadership, finance leads)
  • Identify and develop opportunities to expand robot-assisted minimally invasive surgery
  • Co-develop cost-effectiveness analyses including TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) and cost per procedure
  • Demonstrate the clinical, operational, and economic value of the solution (patient outcomes, improved recovery, operating room efficiency)

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of successful experience selling complex medical equipment and negotiating with hospitals
  • Demonstrated experience managing high-value strategic sales cycles
  • Advanced degree
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Strong understanding of the operating room environment and minimally invasive surgery
