Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years as a Construction Project Manager focusing on critical facility infrastructure, manufacturing, and R&D projects OR 3+ years and an advanced degree
- Degree in engineering (mechanical/electrical), construction management, or related field
- Extensive experience managing complex facilities and construction projects, with multi-team initiatives, especially in med-tech or pharma manufacturing environments
- Strong leadership, organizational, and cross-functional team management skills, including remote team engagement and accountability
- Deep knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and controls infrastructure, as well as building systems (HVAC, clean dry air, bulk gases, purified water, emergency power, wastewater treatment, UPS)
- Proven ability to coordinate with manufacturing operations to minimize downtime
- Guide teams through design, construction, commissioning, and qualification phases
- Advanced financial acumen for cost estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam), AutoCAD, and BIM; able to read and interpret construction drawings
- Familiarity with ISO13485 quality management systems, good documentation practices, construction delivery methods, and contract types
- Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills for diverse audiences; fluent in English
- Physically able to perform site walks
- Ability to travel 25–50% (primarily East Coast, with potential for broader North America)
